Rogue Trader: Into the Void

In the grim darkness of the far future there is only war… and swashbuckling adventures in the unexplored depths of space.

This is an on-going Rogue Trader campaign set in the dangerous unexplored region known as the Koronus Expanse. We play with several home brew elements and the narrative reigns supreme.

The Group

Void Tearer is a sword class frigate with a crew of 25,000 souls. The players roleplay as six of the most senior members of that crew.

The Story So Far…

In the year 815.M41 the matriarch of the ancient House of Vross was arrested on suspicion of heresy. Through careful negotiation and cooperation the family’s priceless Warrant of Trade was passed onto her son, Abel Vross. Now in command of the starship Void Tearer, Lord Captain Vross leads his new crew beyond the Imperium’s borders and into unknown adventure!

Note on setting:
The Imperium of Man is a “brutal theocratic dictatorship” and the vast majority of people live short miserable lives. This misery comes from constant war, dwindling resources and a hatred of anything not human. Some of the 21st century’s most oppressive concepts like racism, homophobia and sexism are not tolerated in our interpretation of the Imperium of Man. Race, sexuality and gender are all central aspects of humanity and to discriminate against humanity… is heresy. As long as you work hard and praise the Emperor you will be accepted in the Imperium of Man.
